But it wasn't a straight line...only 6 months in she had to confront “what felt like a divorce”. Plus she faced the mix of motherhood while looking after The Baby (ie the business). In addition to the day job she’s Chair of the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership. Discover the art of writing things down, the power of sleeping on it and how to connect with your inner intuitive decision-maker. This episode is loaded with lessons for those that want to innovate in their business and industry - walking a path for the first time - and how to better be at peace with the sacrifices in balancing family and work.
